The product of this series is a high-efficiency bucket type sand washer developed and produced according to actual situations of Chinese sandstone industry. Cooperating with sand maker and having functions of cleaning, dewatering and grading, it can remove impurities (such as dust) in sand product.
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the sand and stone goes to the out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.

The overflow spiral blade is higher than overflow level, and the overflow spiral center is lower than overflow surface. The high wire spiral classifier is applied in the classification of ore with particle size 0.83-0.15mm
Spiral Classifier-Working Principle
The grinded pulp is fed into tank from the inlet in the middle of settlement region, and the slurry classification sedimentation area is under the inclined tank. The spiral with low speed rotation stirs the slurry, so that the fine particles rise, and the coarse particles sinks to the bottom of tank. Overflow weir is above the bearing center which is under screw shaft, and is underneath overflow end.

High weir spiral classifier as the ancillary equipment of grinding to pre-classifying and check classifying is also applied in de-mudding and dewatering.

This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machines lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.
