2.Rock/stone Hammer Crusher Introduction:
Our Hammer crusher series products are applicable to crushing middle hard and brittle materials, such as limestone, coal, salt, gyp, alum, brick, tile and coal gangue, etc with the compression strength less than 150Mpa and moisture less than 15%. This machine is mainly used to the industries of cement, coal dressing, generate electricity, construction materials and compound fertilizer etc. It can make the different sizes materials into equal size for the next procession with features of reliable structure, high efficiency and easy to use. So it has been deeply favored by the customers. The hammer crusher can also be applied for crushing fiber structure, scrap wood which has strong elasticity and toughness, waste paper, broken asbestos cement, etc. In addition, the hammer crusher not only can be used for stone crushing production line, sand making production line but also can be used interchangeably with other products.
3. Rock/stone Hammer Crusher Working Principle:
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size.

Hammer crusher mainly consists of frame, rotor, support iron and grate bars. The frame is divided into two parts: upper part and lower part, which are welded by steel plates after being cut. Liners made of high manganese steels within the frame can be replaced after being worn out.The rotors consist of turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers which are grouped regularly in the main shaft. The main unit drives the main shaft through the motor and triangle belts, which, in turn, rotates the rollers. Large materials entering the crusher through the feed inlet are firstly crushed by the high-speed hammers, and then thrown fiercely to the support iron for further crushing.
Qualified materials crushed will be screened out and exit from the gap of the grate bars while the unqualified will be left in the crushing cavity to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the grate bars. The gap between the rotors and the grate bars can also be adjusted according to different requirement. To avoid the plugging of the crusher, the proportion of water for the crushing materials is no more than 20%.
When the hammer crusher or hammer crushing machine works, the motor drives the rotor to spin at high speed, materials are fed into the crushing cavity evenly, and then be impacted, cut and tore by high speed spinning hammerhead till they are completely crushed. Meanwhile, the gravity action of materials forces them to crash the baffle and grate bars on the frame. Materials with particle size smaller than the screen size will pass the sieve plate while those with bigger particle size are stopped on the plate and will continue to be impacted and grounded by the hammer until they are crushed to the required particle size, finally, crushed materials will be discharged from the hammer crusher through the sieve plate.
