Description of jaw crusher :
(1). jaw crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stones primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material is 320MPa.

Working principle of jaw crusher :
The motor transmits through belt,drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving.So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.The stuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down,the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Jaw crusher is be widely applied in metallurgic, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory and ceramics industries, for the medium or fine crushing of various medium hard rocks and minerals, etc. The stone crusher is capable to crush mineral ores, rocks, and slag with crush strength less than 280Mpa. And size of materials fed in the stone jaw crusher should be equal or smaller than the maximum feeding size described in the following technical data.
In the crushing line, the stone jaw crusher is usually used in the primary crushing. The stone crushed by the jaw crusher will be delivered to the impact crusher by belt conveyor. After crushed by the impact crusher, the crushed stone will be delivered to the vibrating screen. The finished product will be screened out. The stone bigger than the required size will be returned to the impact crusher for recrushing. It's a closed circuit.
jaw crusher body is made of cast iron; the front wall is installed with fixed jaw plate; the rear wall is installed with spring and lockup nut; the two sides are installed with lining plate and rectangular iron bar; the top is installed with two sliding bearing blocks used to support the eccentric axis. The eccentric axis is supported in the sliding bearing trial hole and the middle is connected by two roll bearing connection rods. Moveable jaw plate is installed on top of connection rod and the under part is connected with the regulating mechanism through bracket plate.
jaw crusher motor drives the movable jaw up and down through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when movable jaw moves up. So the movable jaw will be closed to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, movable jaw moves away from fixed jaw under the movement of draw rod and spring, the material will be discharged from the discharging opening. This process is repeated. The movable jaw will crush and discharge the stuff periodically to achieve mass production.
